When your body’s working against you, your future starts to dim. Bring your body into balance at High Level Acupuncture so you can build the future you want.
Lethbridge acupuncture treatment for:
Reach higher

The search for solutions to chronic issues can be as discouraging as the issue itself. You try the healthcare system first, but when that doesn't get you the results you seek, it seems like all that is left is to deal with the issue on your own. But the reality is you’re not at the end of the line.
Complementary treatments, such as acupuncture, work WITH your other treatments so you can see results.
At High Level Acupuncture, I specialize in tackling the challenging issues where relief is hard to find, so clients can enjoy a higher quality of life.
Common concerns
Support for pain, fertility and stress
Manage pain
Chronic pain, whether a migraine or an old injury, limits you, dictating when, what and how much you can do. I help clients manage chronic pain to increase their freedom and the time they have to enjoy their life.

Improve fertility
Our healthcare system leaves you in limbo for a year before addressing infertility. Then, the solution is often difficult to afford. I can help you improve your chance of conceiving without the wait, and increase the viability of treatments like IVF.

Hi, I'm Brady, your acupuncturist
Helping patients in Lethbridge and southern Alberta
I finished my Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) training in 2013. But my interest in health goes much further back.
Growing up, I knew I wanted to pursue a career in health and wellness, though it took me a few tries before I understood where I fit in. First, I studied Psychology and Biological Sciences at the University of Lethbridge, but soon realized neither was right for me. Inspired by my dad (a local EMT whom I always admired), I moved to Edmonton to pursue paramedicine. But after earning my Emergency Medical Responder certification, I realized that wasn’t quite my calling either.
Then, my dad suggested acupuncture, leading me to the Alberta College of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine in Calgary. And I haven’t looked back since.
Now, after over a decade in the industry, my favourite part of what I do is seeing the increase in the quality of life for my clients. I especially love the more complex treatments, like fertility and chronic pain, as they allow me not only to hone my skills but also be part of a dramatic increase in my clients’ quality of life.
Taking treatment at your pace
This is your treatment. That means you have the final say at every step.
When you come into the treatment room, the first step is getting to know your individual concerns and what you’re comfortable with. Then I’ll give you options and recommend methods that will help, along with any modifications available to make you more comfortable.
I will never pressure you to follow a treatment if you’re not comfortable with it, but I will make sure to let you know if it may limit the outcome.
It’s completely normal to feel nervous about your first visit. But don’t let your discomfort stop you from building the future you want.

FAQ
What should I know for my first visit?
If it’s your first time at the clinic, you will be emailed some forms upon booking. These will need to be filled out before you arrive for your first appointment.
For the first 15 to 30 minutes of the appointment, I’ll ask you questions to get to know who you are and what you are hoping to get out of treatment, and give you time to ask any questions you may have. Using this information, I’ll build a personal treatment plan for you and walk you through what to expect for treatment frequency going forward.
If you booked a treatment following the consultation, I’ll explain how to get ready on the table and the areas I will need accessible to treat. Then, I’ll leave the room for a couple of minutes so you can make yourself comfortable. When I return, we’ll begin treatment. Needles will be retained for 25 to 30 min.
For the whole first consultation and treatment, expect to be here for up to 75 minutes.
| Consult | 15-30 mins |
|---|---|
| Needle retention | 25-30 mins |
| Needle removal and rebooking | 10 mins |
| Appointment duration | ~75 mins |
| Progress follow-up | 5-10 mins |
|---|---|
| Needle retention | 25-30 mins |
| Needle removal and rebooking | 10 mins |
| Appointment duration | ~45 mins |
I recommend wearing a loose tank top and loose shorts during your appointment. You can choose to wear these to your appointment or change into them before treatment.
Insurance does often cover at least some of your cost. However, your insurance coverage depends on your provider and your insurance package. Talk to your provider first to see how much coverage you will receive.
Yes, I offer direct billing for most major providers.
You may have heard that acupuncture is pain-free. While this is mostly true, it is not uncommon to feel some sensation (like a pinch) when I insert needles.
Once the needles are in, most people don’t feel them at all. However, some clients do feel a slight discomfort or an ache during needle retention. This is often a good sign that your body is responding to treatment.
That said, if anything is ever uncomfortable to the point that you are not able to relax, let me know and I can easily adjust the needles so that you can. Once all the needles are in place you should be very comfortable and able to relax. Many people even fall asleep!
If it is your first time, expect to be here for up to 75 min. This includes your consultation, treatment and rebooking time. For a follow-up treatment, expect to be here for about 45 mins.
I only charge $45 for an initial consultation and $95 for a standard treatment. Many acupuncture clinics will charge $95 or more just for the consultation.
Why do I keep my consultation price low?
It’s because the healing happens during the treatments. The money that you save from the consultation can be put towards another treatment which may be the difference between reaching your goals and not.
